These must-visit, magic-inspired visitor experiences in the heart of the city of York were looking for long term support to ensure that their magical experiences are shared far and wide, helping the young witches and wizards of the future start their training!

Working with the team we developed the branding, positioning and messaging for and then successfully launched the concept of the Hole In Wand during lockdown. A family-friendly attraction in the city centre that’s attractive to both visitors and residents alike.


Alongside work at the Hole In Wand, we’ve supported the team in their ambitious plans to develop the overall experience at the Potions Cauldron, including the media launch of the interactive, multimedia Potions Experience.
